Be Bold!

Helen Keller once said "Life is either a daring adventure or nothing."

Sometimes it is difficult to be daring and to take bold steps. But everywhere we turn we see reminders that bold steps are the only path to success, happiness and integrity.

I think courage isn't the absence of fear; it is the willingness to proceed anyway. Part of courage, too, is faith. If we have more faith than fear we will always be inspired to do wonderful things.

To be bold is to push out of the comfort zone. In tarot we look to the Fool, Card 0 of the Major Arcana to remind us of our need to take a leap of faith once in a while. Tarot is often called "The Fool's Journey." Tarot is an allegory and a guide for our own brave adventure through life.

I often think of another quote from another woman who inspires me, Eleanor Roosevelt.  Her wise advice was this.  “Do one thing every day that scares you.”

Welcome Autumn!

This past Saturday we celebrated the Autumnal Equinox, also known as Mabon. This marks a time of gratitude, when we consider our good fortunes; our personal harvest. It is also a time to consider what we would like to harvest in the coming months.

June 30^th will be my last day in the Harvey Building in West Palm Beach. During the month of July, private readings will be available by appointment in my downtown Condo on Clematis Street. After August 1^st my move will be complete. I will be available throughout South Florida for psychic parties, classes and events. Hello everyone!  Happy Father’s Day to the Dads, and congratulations to the grads.  This week I have a very special announcement about changes I will be making to my business.

After four happy and successful years, I will be closing my office in the Harvey Building at the end of June.  In August, we will be relocating our home to the greater Fort Lauderdale area.  The reasons for this move are numerous.  Perhaps most importantly, this move will allow more time for travel, and more time to write.
